VAA a Winner of the 2024 Top Workplaces USA

VAA is excited to announce it has earned the 2024 Top Workplaces USA award. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey making this a valued designation.

This announcement may ring familiar as in both 2022 and 2023 VAA was recognized as a Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota.  Now achieving national recognition, VAA has some additional excitement carrying them into their 46^th year in business.
