Jared grew up on a family farm in Otsego, Minnesota where he developed a strong work ethic and an organic personal understanding of the agribusiness industry from the inside. He brings all of that to VAA where he is responsible for coordinating projects; managing technicians and engineers in the field; and helping oversee quality control of client drawings.

Working with one of the firm’s long-term clients since his start at VAA, Jared has become the day-to-day Project Manager for an Industrial Contractor who specializes in slipform construction. The relationship is a testament to his dedication and ability to maintain client communication effectively. His team would say the same attentive communication carries over to his role training new staff. As his group and management responsibility has grown, Jared has become known for taking the time to ensure new members feel confident in their work and VAA’s Vision and Values.
