Jennifer’s positive “Let’s get growing” attitude sets an example for the entire company and inspires hard work and continued growth. Since joining VAA as its Marketing Director in 2022, she has been invaluable in developing and leading meaningful business growth through marketing strategies that propel VAA forward. She always has an eye to the future and is instrumental in helping VAA work toward achieving our 2030 vision.

Jennifer brings both agency and client experience to VAA. Prior to joining VAA, she led her own marketing consulting business where she worked within an array of industries, including global markets. She continues to enjoy finding the most effective ways to engage with clients and prospects, from brand positioning and sales support to multi- channel communications, tradeshows, and beyond.

At VAA, making connections is at the center of everything Jennifer does. Whether working alongside clients or colleagues or mentoring a team member, she’s not only driven to do her best but to inspire others too. She believes leaders have an opportunity to make a real difference with their team, impacting their professional development and work experience.

Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being active outdoors. In fact, in just the last few years, she’s peddled 110 miles (with an almost 11,000-foot elevation gain) in the Rocky Mountains, run the Chicago marathon, and biked across the entire state of Iowa – four times! – proving that her energy and focus don’t stop with her marketing role at VAA.
