Keith is passionate about finding winning combinations. At home, he enjoys searching the world to find the perfect pairing of coffee beans to roast and brew. At work, Keith is driven to bring together the best VAA project teams by taking time to understand the nuances of a project and directing a network of people practiced in high-profile design and complex technical solutions. This combination of hands-on project management and thoughtful mentoring creates teams set up to deliver efficiency and value.

Serving clients across North America, Keith has provided structural design for commercial sites, government buildings and industrial facilities. Throughout his career, he has focused on constructability, applying extensive knowledge of design solutions for new cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete and precast concrete projects to renovations and repairs of distressed structures. He serves on the Board of Directors at ACEC MN and is a member of ACI 362 – Parking Structure, ACI 350 – Environmental Engineering Structures and the Minnesota Concrete Council.

Keith has helped expand the firm’s services to meet the evolving needs of clients. He oversees the company’s human resources, business support and accounting departments; measures performance relative to VAA’s Vision and Values; and continually seeks ways to improve service.
