Among the exciting promotions at VAA in 2023 are the promotions of Johnson, Koehnen and Mosier to Senior Associates. Each of the three has played an integral role in VAA’s growth both in their time at VAA throughout the years and in the future with how they look to build within their teams and clients at VAA.
Johnson started at VAA in 2011 as a General Arrangement Technician. Since starting at VAA, Johnson has grown into a strong leader with a steadfast relationship with both his clients and his internal team. Johnson’s ability to meet and exceed client’s needs while achieving VAA’s overall goals is notably unprecedented among his peers.
Mosier’s career at VAA began in 2011. Mosier, now a Senior Engineer at VAA, possesses broad technical capabilities and a can-do attitude that is felt by those around him. With his attention to detail and reliable, steady demeanor, Mosier has been a longstanding asset to the VAA team.
Koehnen joined VAA in 2006 as a Civil Engineer and has since grown to become an integral part of the Civil team. Koehnen’s technical expertise in Rail design has played a major role in helping VAA excel in the discipline. Beyond his technical abilities, Koehnen is also known for his welcoming persona and ability to build trust with clients quickly.
