VAA was the Structural Engineer for a three-story building that included a large-format retail store, secondary retail tenants, and ample parking that occupied a primary space in the area’s hospitality district.
Retail Towne Center features a three-story urban retail building anchored by a prominent retail store, with additional retail tenants and ample parking. Located in the hospitality district, the structure combines precast and steel elements, designed by VAA for a moderate seismic zone. The ground level includes 60,000 SF for parking, loading docks, and retail/restaurant space. The second level houses a 10,000 SF atrium and 135,000 SF of parking, while the retail store occupies the top floor.
