VAA led design efforts to upgrade a seed conditioning facility.

Challenge
Communicating details to team members was critical in order for affected designers to understand the rationale for design changes.
Solution
Coordination among VAA’s industrial architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and general arrangement teams was strengthened with the use of Revit 3D – a program which allows each discipline to design in virtual space and “see” the progress of a project.
Results
- Designed new structures and an office expansion
- Improved site drainage
- Coordinated critical details using 3D design software
